THE TEMPEST AND XENOPHYTE CODE

THE SYMBOLISM AND MEANING OF THE TEMPEST
The tempest is the primary graphic symbol of both the Secular Xenophyte Synthesis, and of all Synthesis Parties at the national level. For members of these organizations, the tempest symbolizes a number of things. First, the tempest symbolizes animation and movement. This reflects the dynamic spirit of the party. Secondly, the tempest symbolizes the storm that renews by sweeping away the old order of things. The black color of the tempest symbolizes the mystery and the secrets of the universe that are yet to be unlocked. The white background of the tempest symbolizes purity, and the guiding light of what we already know about ourselves and the universe. The blue background of the party flag symbolizes the tranquility and strength of a social, economic and political order that is based on natural law, and the Xenophyte Code.

THE XENOPHYTE CODE
The abbreviated version of the Xenophyte Code has been reproduced below. It is the most concise statement of the Xenophyte creed, or what it means to be a Xenophyte.

2) A Xenophyte believes that ideologies or belief systems fundamentally affect the survivability of the human species.
3) A Xenophyte believes that Xenophytism is the most functional ideology, or the belief system that will prove maximally conducive to human survivability.
4) A Xenophyte believes that reason, not the emotions or faith, is the highest faculty that man is given to discover the natural order, natural law, and divine will.
5) A Xenophyte believes that the ideology that will prove most conducive to human survivability is also the one that is most in accord with the natural order, natural law and divine will.
6) A Xenophyte believes that to be most stable, progressive, and conducive to survivability, human societies must be organized according to principles of natural law.
7) A Xenophyte is a functionalist. (One who judges morality in terms of how it functions, or how it conduces to the survivability of the species.)
8) A Xenophyte is a synthesist. (One who synthesizes or combines elements of opposing ideologies such as liberalism and conservatism.)
